AT&T Store

I don’t like that they could not help me at all when I lost my AirPods 2nd generation, hey I’m new to iPhone I use to be all about the android! Plus retail stores suck. I can go on, another complaint, I bought my wife an iPhone and they mentioned that it would not be ready for delivery at my house for about a week but then the iPhone arrived on Monday. We have cameras and it looked like an employee delivered it. Al because it was a developer iPhone not IOS iPhone. I will not purchase anything else!! Very unsatisfied with the retail store. That’s why they get a star

Customer service in this store is first rate. Alex is knowledgeable and very personable! As I waited for my turn, I watched her treat each customer with kindness and respect. I listened as she took the time to help someone with their new phone and explain how everything worked. As someone over 65, it is nice to find a young person who is patient with my non-tech generation. I traveled 45 min from home to use this store, because I had heard about how good her customer service was. I was so glad that I did!

I got the best service and Martin answered all my queries with a smile.

The customer service and assistance with my phone from Alex Shields was one of the best experiences I have enjoyed. Alex is top notch and a Class A person with tremendous knowledge of her job. She went above and beyond my expectations. She was able to handle multiple people at one time and we all felt like we received great personal attention. I will use this store and Alex’s services in the future for sure.
